Ashes of Then

Think about what brings someone to their current place in life. The memories and the experiences. All of the decisions and feelings that bring us to where we are. The farther back I think, the less I find. Where I expect to find a concrete wall, keeping the memories away, I fund a burned mindscape.

Ashes of Then explores the process of digging into the mind, trying to sift the memories of early childhood that set the foundation for where I am now. Where did they go? Why are they missing? Are they unwanted, or did they disappear to give room for new memories? The edges are burned or gone entirely. The stories I have are only fragments of what I have been told.
